Everyone is equal at FAST. We are on a mission to produce athletes with a dedicated approach to improving the health and performance outcomes for all members. Our fitness programming follows a group based strength and conditioning approach similar to what an elite athlete would experience with coaches and a team.

What to expect in class?

Classes are an experience! FAST Athletic Performance provides small group private training to serve the needs of each individual. Our fitness programming is prescriptive and eliminates the anxiety that comes with trying to figure out what type of workout to complete. The training method mirrors programs built for our Colligeate and Pro athletes, but is modified and scaled for the everyday athlete. Our coaches will guide you every step of the way and help you achieve results. The fellowship of the FAST family makes it the perfect community to grow and train with!

 

Classes

Our adult FASTfit classes are the consummate of the phrase “Train like an athlete”. FASTfit is an all level function fitness class geared to increase mobility, build lean muscle + burn unwanted fat. This dynamic class will train you in all directions + through all planes of motion leaving you feeling stronger and more agile.

Strength + Conditioning

FAST’s signature strength + conditioning class is inspired by the pro athlete, for the everyday athlete. Training involves a wide range of exercises developed to build mental and physical fitness with a focus on mobility, strength, stability, endurance, power, speed and agility.

youth Sports Performance 12+

Improving athletic skills and delivering peak performances when it matters the most is our focus with our youth and collegiate athletes. Our result-driven programs and systems are based on micro progressive development concepts for continuous assessments and improvements, which drives maximum results. Here's the main components of our youth sports performance training program: speed, power, mobility, flexibility, strength, coordination and agility.

Classes offered weekly; Mon, Wed, Fri at 5:15 PM and Saturday at 10:30 AM

Elementary FUNDAMENTAL Performance

This fun, interactive class is offered to beginner athletes age 7-11 that have interests in learning proper body awareness, fundamentals of movement and how to be an athlete through our FAST training method. This after school class is educational, promotes confidence, hand eye coordination, flexibility, mobility, strength, speed and overall better health. Children will work through mental and physical challenges through obstacle courses, learn proper exercise routines and engage in team bonding.

Classes offered every Monday + Wednesday at 4:15PM

Our skilled coaches will push you to new heights, utilizing cutting-edge techniques and personalized workouts tailored to your goals. Whether you're an elite athlete or just starting your fitness journey, FAST is your ultimate training destination.

Group + tEAM TRAINING

We love teamwork and hard work. When they come together anything is possible. We’ve heard it all before, “You are only as strong as your weakest link!”. That’s why we offer elite youth and collegiate sport specific athletic training for teams looking to take their collective skills to the next level. It’s an amazing quality to be excellent at your position but if an athlete can’t touch their toes or squat properly -they aren’t excelling to their highest potential and neither is the team. Team trainings are available on site or at a designated location.
